American of Martinsville mid century modern dresser made in the early 1950s. This solid wood dresser features 9 spacious drawers all in the same size, sitting on original wood tapered legs, with original wood vertical handles.
Body was sanded down, removed damaged veneer trims and replaced with new walnut veneer. Handles and legs were stripped then bleached. Dresser was primed, painted, and sealed. Hardware was then stained.
Painted in a olive with rich brown undertones. Tapered legs and handles are stained in a warm light brown. Everything was sealed in numerous coats of satin poly. Inside and outer drawers are conditioned in scented furniture salve.
