Custom Order Collection
In this collection these pieces are what is available for custom order.
On some you can purchase as is also ( that will be specified in the listing).
If you want to purchase as is, we can give it a clean up for an additional fee between $200-$300 depending on size of piece. Clean up means no sanding, stain over existing finish ( no painting), and seal in a flat top coat. Hardware can be painted or cleaned. Inside will be oiled with scented furniture salve also.
If your interested in placing an order or purchase as is, send me a email from the listing you are interested in.
Custom order means you pick the color.
If you want to change the design or alter it which will be an additional fee, please include that in the email.
Delivery is an additional $100 first floor only in Houston and all surrounding areas.

Deposit is $200 for each piece that will be applied to the balance.
