Antique Cream Dressers Nightstands....
Got these old antique side dressers online.
Sanded down the tops and repaired the drawers.

The drawers kept going in.
The hardware didn't want to come
off so I left them on.
They had old screws in them
and bolts on the back of the
hardware.
His and hers dressers as one is half in
taller and the other is a half inch deeper.
Painted them in a very beautiful cream.
Distressed edges. Then wax sealed.
Hardware left original.
That hardware though...
so beautiful and unique.
On original wheel casters. Which are removable.

Painted it in a gray then distressed edges.
Waxed everything.
Antiqued it to give it that aged look.

Hale Navy French Dresser Set...
Previous client contacted me this past summer.
My waiting list is always long so
I just got to it last week.
She wanted a six drawer dresser, I showed her
this french I had in a six drawer.
It needed some work one of the
front drawers was off needed french hardware.
Which is why I had it in my fixer upper storage warehouse.

Then I found a french nightstand in the same style.
She wanted that one too.
Also wanted a mirror so I showed her what I had
that would work with the size of the dresser.
Here is the dresser after we repaired and stripped it.
Nightstand also.
Then I primed them all.

She wanted hale navy by Benjamin Moore.
In a semi gloss finish.
I found the some matching french hardware in
my hardware inventory.
Sealed in a semi gloss sealer.
Everything came out fantastic!
Antique Italian Provincial Buffet...
We got this rare italian provincial antique buffet
like 3 years ago and it needed extensive repair.
It was pulled apart as you can see below.
It looks to be from the early 1900s.
We added new back and bottom.
Here it is below after we repaired it.
I primed it then painted it in Sherwin Williams alabaster
but color matched it to Benjamin Moore paint.
It's a off white very beautiful neutral color I think.
Painted the bottom caps on legs dark bronze.
Distressed edges.
Stained the interior drawers.
Added new hardware and painted it dark bronze.

Modern Style Desk Painted White...
I had this desk for sometime now.
I painted this shell polar ice by Behr.
Then refinished the drawers.
Added some Duncan Phyfe handles
because it had those old Chippendale pulls.
The back is exposed so drawers are interchangeable
on either side.
Distressed edges.
Love the design of this very unique.

Mid Century Modern In Light Gray...
Second custom piece we did for this new client.
She is just the sweetest person! Anyway she wanted
us to paint her mid century modern buffet.
Here is the before below.
We sanded it down as you can see below.
She chose Grayish by Sherwin Williams.
I color matched it with Benjamin Moore because
it's my favorite latex paint to use.
After I primed it I painted it in grayish.
Hardware painted in gold.
Then she wanted a semi gloss sheen.
So after I painted I sealed in semi gloss sealer.
She didn't want the inside painted.
Looks so chic! Clean look and very beautiful 💞
Pedestal Table Converted into Coffee Table....
One of our past clients contacted me and wanted a
50" diameter claw foot coffee table.
She knew they where hard to find, but I found a
antique kitchen table exactly like what she
wanted. She loved it!
Here it is below.
It was 48" diameter close enough!
We shorten it to make it the height of a coffee table.
Sanded everything down.
Shown below.
She wanted the top in a raw wood look with some
white mixed in the grain. Since you can't seal raw wood
without the orange coming through I decided to do
a white stained look to minimize the orange once I
sealed in a flat sealer.
It needed to be sealed with a water based sealer
as it's a coffee table.
The body part she wanted general finishes
antique white.
No distressing on this one.
She loved it and it came out amazing!
French Antique White Dresser Wardrobe Closet...
One of our previous clients came back to
us asking if we had any french chest of drawers.
I showed her this one I had below.
Was in good condition just had a chipped foot.
Before below.
She seen I had done a french dress up armoire
for a previous client a few years ago.
Well she wanted this one like that for her daughter.
Here it is below after we configured it to just that.
All stripped and ready for me to prime and paint.
Repaired and the chipped foot to make it
look original again. That took about 2 days alone.
She wanted the top stained in dark walnut.
Look at that beautiful wood grain!
Stained in dark walnut.
She wanted the body in antique white by general
finishes milk paint.
Distressed edges. Hardware painted in gold.
Sealed everything in a semi gloss finish.
Looks amazing! It'll be going in her room with
the coral french dresser we found and
custom painted for her daughter ( who was in her tummy then)
5 years ago.

Mid Century Dresser in French Linen...
I've had this really cool mid century half cabinet/dresser
combo for some time now. I didn't list it as is either.
Most of my inventory isn't in any condition to
sell as is. This particular one had a few imperfections.
Before below.
I decided to paint it in Annie Sloan
french linen. It's one of my favorite colors in her line.
I've done a few pieces for clients in this color last year.
I distressed and antiqued it to give that awesome
aged look/feel to it.
Hardware I used some dark bronze color to darken
them some but not too much.
Chalk paint finishes I do are really smooth
and don't have that chalk painted feel to it.

Dresser, Desk, and Chair Refinished In Espresso...
Our past clients who is amazing like all
our past clients are, especially when they keep
coming back to us!
Anyways, she wanted her desk, chair, and dresser
refinished in a dark stain to match
her bookshelf she had.
Here are the before pictures below.
Stripped them all.
We seen they where all pressed
board except the chair of course.
But they all had a thin veneer overlay.
So John sanded them down just enough to
not get to the pressed board.
They then where able to be stained!
She was very happy for that as I told her to make a plan b
just in case we couldn't stain them.
Here are the after pictures below.
I stained them all in espresso and sealed them
all in a flat finish.
Painted the knobs in dark bronze.
They all came out so beautiful!!!
French Provincial White Nightstands/Stained Tops...
Forgot to take before of these, but they where
the painted yellow cream color.
Stripped the tops because they where painted that creamy color.
Then stained the tops espresso and distressed to
give it an aged look.
Painted the hardware gold.
Sealed the tops in a flat sealer.
Painted the body in chalk paint the color
is Behr Polar Ice a soft white not bright white.
Distressed the edges of everything to give it a truly
aged look.

Antique Aged Gray Dresser.....
I got this antique dresser along with another
one in the same size. Sold the other as is.
I decided to paint this one.
Before below.
Top was loose, so we had to remove
it to make it more stable.
Now it's on there super tight and the hole piece
is extremely structurally solid.
Removed the old hardware because it
was missing some wooden knobs.
Stripped the top and restained it in a
custom mix. Then sealed it in a
semi gloss sealer.
Painted the body in a custom mix of annie sloan
chalk paint. I mixed graphite and coco.
Don't know how much of each so I probably will
not ever get this exact color again.
Distressed and antiqued the body.
I had these cool antique knobs in my inventory
and they where perfect for the look I was going for!
Looks amazing! I love it!

Client wanted her corner cabinet painted
in duck egg antiqued finish.

French Farmhouse Server Table Drawer.....
I got this beautiful french server with no top.
Assuming it had a granite top but was broken.
Anyway here is the before below.
I got some wood slats and cut then to match the
outline of the top.
Stained them in a custom mix color.
Then sealed in a flat finish.
Painted the body white and distressed edges.
Painted the hardware in a aged look.
Back is painted also.

Painted this Henry Link french dresser in a salmon pink.

Distressed edges slightly.
Hardware painted in gold and distressed those also.
Color used was cabbage rose.

Refinished Mid Century Modern Dresser....
New follower from Facebook loved a refinished
dresser I did that sold a few months back.
She asked if I had anymore refinished, but I didn't.
Like I tell everyone, we're booked with client orders
moths in advance. As of now we're booked till March.
I do fit in my own pieces either freshly
painted or stained up for sale when I can squeeze
any in my spare time.
That being said I showed her this one I had
that wasn't listed because it needed some refinishing.
She loved it and waited very patiently till I could get it
completed.
Which was a few months.

Scratches and worn finish everywhere.
Sanded down, filled in all the scratches and dents.
Made sure all drawers open and close smoothly
as we do with all our furniture.
After below.
Stained in dark walnut.
All in a even stained finish. Which like most of the
pieces I refinish had some lighter patches that
I had to make looks even.
Sealed in a semi gloss finish.

Old Table Drawer Shelf..
John got this at a garage sale it was badly damaged.
Before below.
One of our family members wanted something
they could use as a coffee bar. They asked if we had
anything. I sent them this picture above. Said it would
be perfect for that!
This was one of those pieces he worked on
the side while waiting for other custom work
to dry from repair work.
He added a new back splash.
Took off all the damaged veneer from the top.
Repaired the broken leg.
Added a new support for the bottom middle
as it was missing when we got it.

I stained it in a custom mix stain.
Had to even out the look too as some stained lighter
then other parts.
That is very difficult, sometimes it can be unachievable on my end.
But I try every time, down fall of being a perfectionist...
I'm working on that though!

Completely Refinished Mid Century Dresser...
I picked this out at an auction I went to a few
months ago. Was a bidding war between John and another
guy. We won it though as you can see!

Was damaged in some areas.
Sanded everything down, repaired the dents, scratches,
and chips.
Look at that beautiful grain!
When I picked this out at auction I
wasn't planning on painting it. I wanted to
refinish it.
Could you imagine covering up that beautiful wood?
Nope I wasn't going to.
Wood pulls where sanded also.
Here it is after I stained it in early american.
I usually do dark walnut stains, but I wanted to try
something different.
So glad I did!
Top coated it in a semi gloss sealer.

Graphite Directiore Dresser...
Client picked this beauty from our inventory.
She wanted it like this picture she sent in the screenshot below.
Here is the before below.
She also wanted the hardware more modern.
I painted it in annie sloan graphite
with a flat spray sealer.
I removed the decor pieces from the hardware
and found some swing bail ends that detached in my
hardware inventory.
Then painted them gold.
Looks amazing! She loved it!
