Teal Green Dresser & Table Drawer
I should have taken a picture of this one, but forgot! Anyways, the top drawer was off of the front so we had to repair that. Then sanded it down and painted it teal green color I made. Painted the handles gold.
To match the handles I decided to paint the sides gold also.
Did the same to this one sanded down then painted a teal green color I made and painted handles gold.
Also painted the sides gold to match! Love them so:)
Chairs I painted for one of my customers.....
Before....
She wanted me to just paint them and she would add the fabric after. So I painted and she did the fabric.
We first sanded them to the bare wood, repaired some of the pieces that where loose, then added 3 coats of primer, and 4 coats of white paint. Her husband did the table same color.
And After.......
Isn't it just beautiful! I love the fabric she chose. Thank you so much Laurie for sending me the after pictures with the fabric on them :)
Brutalist Teal Brown Dresser By Lane
Found this beauty and was like so in love with it! Found out it was made by a designer that did some work for Lane Furniture in the 1960's or 70's. I can't seem to find if it was designed by Paul Evans or Arron Donner though. I fixed it up repaired the drawers and nicks. Sanded down the outer shell, stained it, then painted it brown, then stained it again. Then waxed it.
Then I painted the drawers teal and distressed abit, then dark waxed them. I think it came out just Outrageous! Truly truly truly outrageous!
Purple Rustic Dresser & Nitestand
This was a very blah dresser when I got it. Formica top and missing handles. But with 1 coat of primer and 4 coats of paint this is just gorgeous now! I found these handles from another dresser painted them grey and sanded down the drawers then stained and waxed them. The colors all put together are just WOW!
I also found a nitestand that matched the dresser and painted it so now it is a SET!
Midnight Purple Desk
Painted the desk a midnight deep purple then dark waxed it. Next, painted the handles gold. I had a flower from a previous piece that I thought would look perfect on this as there was a empty space there and Bam! Looks Perfect!
Painted the inside and outside drawers light grey just to go with everything else.
It looks so super beautiful :)
Rustic Table and Chairs
I have been working on this one off and on. I mixed all kinds of teals and blues to get this color for the table bottom. Then I lightly sanded the top and waxed it. Then i collected these chairs till I have a complete set and painted them a cream color and lightly distressed them a bit. Now I put them outside on my patio! Looks super cute:)
Daisy Yellow Ornate Dresser
I know I say this alot, but I just L-O-V-E this one. I have been wanting to paint a yellow, but was waiting on the perfect dresser. I love how the yellow brings out the handles they are just gorgeous. Picked the perfect yellow too :) This would just brighten up anyone's day and room! Stained the inside and outside drawers also I think it goes more with the color. Textured the drawers just to give it a little more pop :)
Green Teal Broyhill
Finished this Broyhill Dresser. Handles where all tarnished and terrible, so crackled them with black and white. Fixed the drawers they where broken slides and sanded top it was sticky with something. Then painted two coats with a green teal color and painted the top black to bring the handles out. Then dark waxed it to give it a shabby chic look. I think it came out looking pretty awesome!
Rustic Green Dresser
Finally finished this one, it took awhile. Had black thick latex paint on it the picture shows me started to sand it. Had to strip then sand. Painted it with a mixtures of different greens (3 coats) then gave it a aged rustic look. Stained the doors then waxed them. Painted the handle cream them distressed them. I love it!
