Old Finish French Dresser Updated...
I really am starting to dislike these vintage
antique white dressers.
They paint the beautiful tops!
I stripped the top.
Painted the body in a cream.
Stained the beautiful top in a dark stain.
Sealed the top in a high gloss sprayed finish.
Didn’t do no distressing on this one.
Too many straight lines.
Cleaned and polished the hardware.

Custom Painted French Kent Coffey in a Teal Green with Gold Detail........
This was a custom order for a new customer. She found
this french kent coffey and asked
me to paint it in a teal green with gold detail
where the gold detail already was. Basically paint the cream a teal green and
redo the gold but, keep
the hardware the same.
So we stripped it completely to the bare wood like we do mostly all
our pieces....
Then primed it....
Then painted it the teal green....
painted the gold detail...
Looks so beautiful ! I thought the gold was going to be
too much with the teal but,
she wanted it with some glam.
It looks awesome not too much gold at all !
Just enough :)
French Dresser & Kent Coffey Nightstand Painted Black......
This was furnished and painted for a new buyer who wanted a french style dresser and nightstand painted black with silverish handles. So she decided on the dixie 6 drawer dresser and kent coffey nightsand. We sanded down the 6 drawer and added multiple coats of primer...
then added multiple coats of black paint....
painted the handles blackened silver.....
Sanded down the kent coffey nightstand, added multiple coats of primer....
we really sanded this one down and smoothed it out...

replaced the handles with these smaller ones,
I think it fits the size of the nightsand better....
also painted them blackened silver...

French Kent Coffey Dresser w/Mirror......
This was a furnished and custom order done for one of our new buyers. It is a Kent Coffey French Provincial dresser. We got it like this it was spray painted metallic color under that it was painted brown and under that it was factory white paint. So we stripped it and sanded it down....

Now I primed them, this is a mirror she wanted to go with it.....
here is the dresser primed with multiple coats...
then I added mutilple coats of the citrine by BM.....
Our finish is so awesome :)
