Black Antique Aged China Cabinet.......
I had this antique china cabinet made by Rockford Furniture in
my inventory since the beginning of the year. I listed it in the very good as is condition.
As you can see above. It did't sell as is.
So I removed the glass cabinet doors on the front.
Keeping the doors and will be painting them soon.
Sealed in the punch locks on the bottom and top that locked the door in place.
I painted it in black and distressed the edges.
Sealed in a sprayed flat sealer.
Kept hardware original.
Shelves are all removable. Top doesn't detach though, it's all one piece.
SOLD!

French Antiqued Dresser...
This was a customer order. One of my good friends from
high school wanted a french dresser.
Before below.
She wanted it in this finish below I did a few years ago.
Stained top in expresso. Ran into some trouble
on the trim as it was pressed wood.
But I made it work best I could.
Looks good too!
Sealed top in a gloss finish.
Painted the body in Annie Sloan Natural.
Which is the old white but now old white is more
gray.
Antiqued and distressed it.
Kept hardware original.
Looks gorgeous!
Sidenote..arms and shoulders where killing
me last night from the antiquing..
WORTH IT!
Mid Century Dresser in French Linen...
I've had this really cool mid century half cabinet/dresser
combo for some time now. I didn't list it as is either.
Most of my inventory isn't in any condition to
sell as is. This particular one had a few imperfections.
Before below.
I decided to paint it in Annie Sloan
french linen. It's one of my favorite colors in her line.
I've done a few pieces for clients in this color last year.
I distressed and antiqued it to give that awesome
aged look/feel to it.
Hardware I used some dark bronze color to darken
them some but not too much.
Chalk paint finishes I do are really smooth
and don't have that chalk painted feel to it.
Priced at $420
50"w/19"d/32"h

Delivery available for an additional fee of $20

Cream Aged Buffet Sideboard....
We've had this beautiful buffet made by Vaughn furniture
in our inventory for almost 2 years. I decided to paint
it in a vintage finished look.
It needed tons of cosmetic repair.
As you can see below, veneer damage was the worst on drawers.
Side warping on one side of the piece also.
We repaired all the damaged areas.
Sanded it all down.
Primed it all white.
The color I chose was by Benjamin Moore
called Mannequin Cream.
Then I went to work on the vintage finish.
Also changed the hardware.
I added a scrap piece we had to the back
to bring out the piece more and I love it!
Side warping was repaired.
I sanded it all down before I primed it but I
left some imperfections there to go with the vintage finish
I wanted.
The outcome is absolutely amazing isn't it?
Currently available, message if interested.
Priced at $400.
Measures at 60"w/37.5"h/20"d
Delivery available for an additional fee of $20.
Old White Italian Provincial....
I had this beautiful John Widdecomb italian provincial
dresser for about a year up for sale as is or custom painted.
I had some time between orders and painted it in my own
color and design.
Here is the before below.
I painted it in old white with annie sloan.
Distressed edges.
Then antiqued it.
Very well built and beautiful!

Antiqued Dark Grey French Dresser...
I found this piece last July 2016 in a store all beat up and needed
lots of repair. We always had custom paint orders for clients,
so we couldn't get to it on the repair part then. John
worked on it here and there till it was fully stripped, repaired,
and ready for me to paint it in my own design.
Here are the befores below...
Missing chipped veneer and very worn in many areas.
Both feet where chipped off and missing.
Hardware was filthy. Top was badly worn.
Last Nov-Dec 2016 I was squeezing in pieces of my
own color design and putting them up for sale.
Which I rarely have time to do (lots of orders).
I had a new client contact me that had been following me
for years and actually seen my work from her friend
( one of our clients)
that we did custom painted work for on many pieces.
So, she contacted me and wanted to know what I'd be or if
I'd be working on any pieces in my own design soon.
I showed her this one and colors (designs) I was thinking about.
I told her the price I'd be listing it at and she said
she was very interested, although I told her it would be some time
till I could get to it as I was really booked tight.
She said no problem she would wait she understands.
She was so patient! It took us about 2 1/2 almost 3 months
till I could get to it. I still have custom orders but I had some room to
squeeze it in while John repaired/prepped other orders for me till I
can get to them.
After John had finally repaired and stripped it I went to painting it.
Dark grey and antiqued.
He repaired both feet as we do with all our french feet.
I mean why would you not. I think there was only one french dresser
we did years back with clipped off feet. Never again, it
looks better with the whole foot. Right?
I think so, but then I'm a perfectionist 😏
We cleaned up these beautiful handles. No painting at all
on these beauties.
I love it and she did too! 😊😍
Well worth the wait!!
